VETLUGA 2012
10th -26th July 2012
The Russian Union of Scouts would like to invite you to spend two unforgettable weeks in a most exciting and unusual way and in such an authentic place - Russia! If you are interested in join-ing us for a camp full of ac-tion then welcome to Scout Camp ―Vetluga-2012 !
Where exactly? The town of Nizhny Novgorod is situated roughly 420 km to the east of Moscow – which is where the Headquarters of the R.U.S. are located. The Scout Campsite Vetluga is a further 160km north of Nizhny Novgorod, and nothing but pure Russian nature at its best with plenty of opportunity to test yourself in real Taiga.
Dates: 10th -26th July 2012
You are quite free to join us for only a part of the camp. 14th -24th July will be the most eventful time. You will have the possibility to go on excursions and visit historical places in Nizhny Novgorod, should you wish to. And for those who would like to see the sights of Moscow, we willendeavour to find ap-propriate accommodation and a guide from the Russian Union of Scout to assist you.
Prices:
Camp fee are €160,- for 16 days per person, including food and transportation from Nizhny Novgorod to the campsite and back. If you only attend a part of the camp the price is adjusted accordingly.
Inner Country travel fee €60,- to €80,- per person, for transportation from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod and back.
Joint Travel to Vetluga / African Jamboree
The Solmser Pfadfinderschaft offers to organise a joint travel to Vetluga or the African Jamboree.

Dear fellow Scouts!
Our 5 year anniversary is coming up. A anniversary is to be celebrated, therefore we have our
Anniversary Camp from July 21st to July 28th 2012.
The campsite is in 3170 Hainfeld/Niederösterreich.

Arrival is possible from July 18th 2012. You can come to Hainfeld per train, the station is just a 10 min. walk from our Camp Site .
During Camp time, food is provided by a local restaurant. If you choose to come earlier, please care for your own accommodation. There are plenty of supermarkets right in Hainfeld. The local bakery is delivering di-rectly to our site.
The camp fee is € 140,- per person.
Our programme includes trips to Hainfeld an the surrounding area, as well as scouting activities. We want to get to know other scouting groups.
If you want to join our anniversary camp, please:
1. Register at office@scoutsofeuropa.com until Dec. 31st 2011. In your registration include: Your name, as well as your group and organisation name. Also include an estimate of how many people want to come, separated to Cubs, Scouts, Rover and Leaders. As well we need to know how much wooden poles you will need.
Then you get a form to sign up until February 2012. With this sign-up, please transfer 10% of your camp fee total to: IBAN: AT47 1200 0503 3013 7903 BIC: BKAUATWW, „SE-Lagerkonto“. Your sign-up is complete, as soon as the transfer is done.
Please transfer the remaining part until May 2011. Changes to your sign-up, esp. corrections and new guests, are possible till then.
To leave an impact to Hainfeld and the surrounding area, we plan to do a
"Open doors day" on Friday 27th 2012.
